Thursday, 4-26-02: San Fran. I arrived at 1:40 in the morning. Went to my bro's place in Santa Clara. Had some Taco Bell and went to sleep.

Thursay, 4-25-02: 2 P.M. Visited my old work. Went to my old College to look around. Cashed my paycheck.

Went back to the apartment to practice my set.

Friday, 4-26-02: 11 A.M. Made it to Fanime. Problems with Staff badges. Problem resolved thanks to Justin. Picked up a Staff T-Shirt. Visited Dealers Room. Bought Angelic Layer poster, El-Hazard Wall Scroll, Totoro Doll, Macross II CD, Macross Artbook and some other stuff I forgot just right now. Dealers Room closed 6:00 P.M. Walked around for a few. Decided to go to the Swap Meet. I found a super rare Lain DJ Wall Scroll. Left the Swap Meet very happy. Noticed that the Dance was delayed because of the Opening Ceremonies and weather. Everyone chilled upstairs and we just looked over the ledge and saw all the cosplayers. Finally, the Meet the Guests reception is over. We setup for the dance at 9:00. We were 2 hours behind. I ended up mixing on unfamiliar equipment. I Started mixing at 12:15 A.M. Scared as hell, I was able to pull off a solid mix. The mix ended at 1:00 A.M. Fatigued and tired. I had to leave the Dance. We ended up eating at Dennys. Still shaking from the Performance, and quiet. After the late snack, We all headed to sleep.

Since I wasn't comfortable with the equipment on Friday, I decided to bring my own tables tomorrow.

Saturday, 4-27-02: 1 P.M. Made it to Fanime again. This time, I had my DJ set in the car. Went to the Dealers Room and got more stuff... Totoro Poster, and a Macross T-Shirt. Went over to the Pen Pals gift booth and said hi.Gave them a Mix CD. A few other people came by and wanted Mix CDs too. Went over to say Hi to James at the R+K Booth. Dealers Room Closed at 6:00 P.M. Had to get ready for the dance. Started setting up early. Had a problem with one of the CD players. Seems that a drip from the 11th floor ran all the way down to the 2nd floor and damaged the DJ equipment. Al was able to use a replacement CD Deck. At 8:00 P.M. We ended up tag team DJing and it was a dream come true. DJ Socket mixing his anime remixes while I was scratching samples of Evangelion, Pokemon, Rayearth, Simpsons and some Movie sounds. It was phenominal!! After he was over, I went up to mix. Pulled off an even better mix than last night. Played some new stuff like Beserk, Macross II, Noir and much more. The set was over at 11:P.M. I went to get some punch and fresh air. Saw DJ Socket and to thanked him for a job well done. Gave him a Mix CD and decided to check up on my friends. 12:00 A.M. Anime Parody Dub Madness! Watched titles like Fast Food Freedom Fighters, Lodub Warz, Koto Wa Otaku, And RoadBusted. Left after the "Terrible Scottish Dubbing of Evangelion". Saw DJ Satine and wanted to thank her for coming to Fanime. 5:00 A.M. Tired and Hungry, We made it to Dennys again. Cus of the crappy service, we left no tip and headed to the apartment.

Sunday 3:20 P.M. Made it to Fanime alone. Wen to the dealers room to say hi again at the Pen Pals booth. Dealers Room closed at 5:00 P.M. Pretty sad and depressed that Fanime was over. Had a talk with Justin and he gave me some knowledge about what the future holds for Fanime. And a glimpse of next year's event. Said a farewell to him and headed off to AMC. There were some con goers at the theatres. 11:00 P.M. headed to the apartments to sleep.

Monday 2:00 P.M. Not much went on today. Stayed at the apartment the whole time. Watched El-Hazard and Nadesico. Went with David to McDonalds. Watched some WWF and started thinking about making a video production division. Searched around for some Anime parody trailers online. Fell asleep around 1:00 A.M.

Tuesday 12:00 P.M. Time to go home. Gave my bro and David copies of all my remixes. Left for San Fran Airport at 6:00 P.M. Passed through security and found my flight. Left at 8:55 P.M. Arrived in Las Vegas at 10:15 P.M. Tired and sad that Fanime was over, I began to think about making this report. It was an event to remember.
